As a Children's Support Worker, you will experience a dynamic work environment where no two days are alike. While the role can be demanding, it is also incredibly rewarding.
Compensation: £29,641 - £30,905 (includes sleep allowance)
Employment Type: Full-time - Permanent
Shift Pattern: 2 days on, 4 days off

Key Responsibilities:
- Encourage young individuals to engage in activities and take charge of their lives according to their age.
- Maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere within the home.
- Effectively manage challenging behaviors when necessary.
- Safeguard the health and welfare of children and young people.
- Provide support to promote independence and well-being.
- Ensure a safe living environment for all young residents.
- Stay informed about each individual's care plan, guidelines, and preferred communication methods.
- Support challenging behaviors with empathy and safety.
- Foster positive relationships with staff, parents, social workers, and other professionals involved in the young people's lives.
Qualifications Required:
- Level 3 QCF in Children & Young People is desirable but not mandatory.
- Experience in healthcare or social care settings is advantageous but not essential.
- A valid driver's license is required for transporting young individuals as needed.
- Applicants must be at least 21 years old.
- Ability to commute to the designated location is necessary.
