Exciting Opportunity: Advanced Recovery Support Specialist
Are you knowledgeable, skilled, and committed to making a substantial impact? We have an exciting opportunity for an Advanced Recovery Support Specialist to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will facilitate access to inpatient detoxification and residential rehabilitation services, while supporting both staff and clients in navigating these critical recovery pathways.
At our service, we are committed to empowering individuals who seek our assistance. We strive to provide comprehensive support and tailored treatment options to address their specific needs. Our offerings include individual and group sessions, enhanced by medical and clinical interventions.

Work Schedule: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
Your role will involve:
Actively promoting the benefits of inpatient and residential services as essential treatment options for clients. Overseeing applications for local panels and coordinating with referring professionals. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with Tier 4 service providers. Facilitating expedited access to detoxification services as necessary. Serving as a specialist resource for both staff and clients.Now, let's discuss your qualifications. A solid understanding of substance misuse challenges and relevant experience in this field. Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal, along with strong IT proficiency. A proactive mindset, capable of working independently while effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks. A good grasp of mental health interventions and best practices. A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with a diverse range of professionals and stakeholders. The capability to adapt to change while prioritizing the needs of service users. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development, contributing to the growth of others. Comprehensive knowledge of inpatient detox and residential treatment services. Experience working within multidisciplinary teams and fostering positive partnerships with external providers.
