About Us: Servisource Limited is a leading provider of clinical and social care services for young adults with mental health needs.
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Lead Care Manager to lead a CQC-registered residential home on a full-time, permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the residential home, ensuring high-quality care in line with statutory requirements and company policies.
- Lead and supervise Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and support staff, fostering a positive and supportive team culture.
- Ensure high standards of therapeutic care for young residents, including assessments, admissions, and care plan implementation.
- Oversee rota scheduling and ensure staff coverage, ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times.
- Conduct quality reviews and ensure compliance with CQC and statutory regulations, maintaining a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Experience:
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management or equivalent.
- 2-3 years' experience as a Registered Manager in a similar setting, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Full driving licence preferred, with the ability to travel to various locations as required.
