Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated Advanced Trauma Therapists specializing in High Intensity Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Our esteemed Steps to Wellbeing services are expanding with the introduction of the Flourish initiative, which is an integral part of our innovative Complex Trauma Pathway.

The Steps 2 Wellbeing service is known for its commitment to innovation and passion, with the Flourish initiative exemplifying this ethos. Flourish represents a dedicated pathway for individuals experiencing PTSD and complex trauma, providing advanced psychological interventions.
Participants in the Flourish Pilot have reported transformative experiences, with many indicating that the treatment has significantly improved their quality of life. An impressive 100% of pilot participants expressed that they now feel more capable of managing their emotions and are optimistic about their futures. We are committed to fostering career advancement and continuous professional development, including training in Long Term Health Conditions and various therapeutic modalities such as EMDR, Mindfulness, and RO-DBT.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will deliver one-on-one high intensity CBT or EMDR, while collaborating with Peer Specialists to implement the Flourish care model for adults experiencing symptoms of PTSD and Complex PTSD.
Strong administrative, time management, and communication skills are essential for success in this position. Experience within the NHS or a similar healthcare organization is highly advantageous.
