TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video, with a global presence and a strong focus on e-commerce. As an In-store Account Director, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our merchants and ensuring customers have access to market-leading brands in the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Drive and manage the merchant partnership and experience end-to-end, including continuous merchant development.
- Work with creators and presenters to produce high-quality e-commerce content driving revenue through detailed operations work.
- Utilise data proficiently to deeply understand pain points, formulate business requirements, identify opportunities and prioritise solutions.
- Be an expert in TikTok commerce operations, identify opportunities for service and content, carry responsibility for category performance.
- Own internal projects to contribute to the industry ecosystem as a whole (including campaigns, product launches, B2B marketing).
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 5+ years of working experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, logical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Customer service orientation and experience working in a client-facing capacity.
- Experienced in relatable in-category management at an e-commerce company, a large retailer, or agency side or other company with specialism in category is preferred.
- Strong sense of social content (livestream and short-video is a preference), practical experience in the social commerce, content marketing, influencers, and creativity in the categories is a plus.
- Strong network of E-commerce industry landscape, consumer demands, digital evolution and mobile transformation is preferred.
