Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the well-being of residents.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the development, including property management and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote the welfare of older people and build a sense of community.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent in management in this sector.
- Proven experience in managing a team and promoting the welfare of older or vulnerable people.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with residents, staff, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of property management, health and safety, and budgetary requirements.
