Estate Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Estate Manager to lead our team at our Lowe House development in Knebworth, Hertfordshire.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a thriving community of active and independent older people, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and support.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote the welfare of older people and enhance their quality of life.
- Lead a team of professionals to deliver exceptional resident services, including property management, health and safety, and budgetary requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.
- QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent in management in this sector.
- Proven experience in promoting the welfare of older or vulnerable people and managing a team.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to bring out the best in your team.
- Experience of running senior living or care development, with a deep understanding of health and safety, property management, and budgetary requirements.
- A competitive salary of £40,068 plus benefits.
