About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer to join our Healthcare Engineering team at STERIS. As a Service Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the optimal performance of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on STERIS/Cantel product lines and field troubleshooting in your designated service area.
  • Conduct administrative tasks, including computer synchronization, service report completion, and tool and parts inventory management.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, managers, and support functions.
  • Provide solutions to customers to enhance sales and growth in the field.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years industry-related experience and a general knowledge of operating washing and sterilize processing units.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Good troubleshooting skills and a proven organization attitude.
  • Computer literacy and good oral and written communication skills.
  • Sufficient technical knowledge of the English language.
