Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Senior Engineering Lead to join our esteemed team, recognized for its commitment to excellence in the construction of sustainable residential properties.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate engineering operations across various residential projects.
  • Lead and mentor the engineering team, fostering professional growth and providing essential support.
  • Manage the planning, design, and implementation of engineering initiatives, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
  • Collaborate effectively with architects, project managers, and other key stakeholders to ensure engineering solutions align with project specifications and standards.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable building codes, regulations, and health and safety protocols.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality, and compliance with engineering designs.
  • Proactively identify and address engineering challenges that may arise during the construction phase.
  • Encourage innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering department.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline is required. Candidates should possess a comprehensive understanding of relevant building codes and construction standards.
