About the Role

Baltic Apprenticeships is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an IT Support Apprenticeship candidate. As an IT Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in assisting the IT & Systems Manager and wider IT team in maintaining the company's technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the reliable performance, security, and scalability of the company's IT systems.
  • Provide support for onboarding new users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining computer systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand key functions of the business and how systems and software are used day-to-day.
Requirements
  • Grade 4 in Maths and 5 in English is essential for this role.
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems.
  • Basic knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and configurations.
  • Basic familiarity with virtualisation and cloud services (e.g. M365).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
Training and Development

This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification, and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective IT Support Technician.

What We Offer
  • £16,500 per annum.
  • Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
  • 25 days holidays plus bank holidays.
