Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing requisition workflows and approving purchase orders
  • Conducting spend analysis and evaluations to identify irregular spending patterns and potential savings
  • Coordinating sourcing initiatives in alignment with established policies and procedures
  • Generating project reports and management information in a timely and precise manner
  • Executing all sourcing activities in compliance with the company's Consumer Duty obligations

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • Experience in a Procurement support or Contracts Governance role
  • Knowledge of IT-related procurement processes is advantageous
  • The ability to address and resolve issues effectively or escalate them as necessary
  • Strong skills in producing structured reports and presentations
  • Experience in managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • A proactive approach to coordinating activities, supporting colleagues, and sharing expertise
