About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join our team and drive business growth through effective contract management. You'll be responsible for:
- Managing the global suite of GSM procurement contracting templates and ensuring they remain up-to-date with legal requirements.
- Leading GSM reviewer and subject matter expert for the Information Protection Contract Requirements (IPCR).
- Liaising with Regulatory Change Management (RCM) team and acting as Project Manager for RCM entries that impact the procurement contracting process.
- Leading projects to enhance internal GSM systems and drive better working practices.
- Supporting Contract Managers with day-to-day contracting queries and providing guidance on contracting approach and structure.
- Planning, coordinating, and leading the monthly 'GSM Information Share' meetings across regions.
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A degree or equivalent experience in a relative field (law, business management, supply chain management).
- Extensive, broad-based sourcing, category management, and/or contract management experience.
- Experience and proven track record in complex contract negotiations.
- Proven ability to draft and develop project plans.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills to work across a wide range of teams.
