Position Overview

We are seeking an IT Learning Specialist to enhance our team. In this role, you will be tasked with creating and implementing educational programs on the organization’s IT systems. This will involve utilizing various instructional methods, including both virtual and in-person group training sessions, self-paced learning modules, coaching, and instructional materials.

Reporting Structure:

You will report directly to the IT Learning Manager.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and conduct IT training sessions for new employees.
  • Deliver an engaging and interactive IT training curriculum.
  • Provide IT education to all global offices.
  • Create high-quality educational materials.
  • Assess learning needs and design appropriate solutions.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessment reports.
  • Document all IT training activities for management purposes.
  • Generate innovative ideas for IT training sessions.
  • Perform administrative tasks to support management reporting.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • At least two years of experience in IT training.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft products.
  • Proven experience in designing self-directed learning content.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in delivering training for IT initiatives.
