Job Title: Store Manager - Leeds

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Leeds store and drive sales, KPIs, and company objectives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellbeing and customer service, with a strong commercial acumen and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be responsible for the day-to-day running of a standalone store and team
  • Drive forward sales, KPIs, and company objectives
  • Be commercially driven, seeking constant brand opportunities to increase store footfall
  • Complete targets, payroll, rotas, stocktakes, and weekly reports
  • Organise and support in-store and field events to promote NEOM as a brand
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor a team with a focus on training and education
  • Provide the highest standard of NEOM Customer Experience in store to inspire wellbeing
  • Work on initiative and be super proactive
  • Lead by example and support the team with daily tasks
  • Maintain company standards, including housekeeping, cleanliness, and visual merchandising
  • Lead training of current and new team members
  • Proactively identify opportunities to contribute to the wellbeing of our people and planet, fundraise for our partnered charity, through in-store events and/or brand partnerships
  • Lead and champion community initiatives, providing inspiration and opportunities for volunteering, bettering the local community, and ensuring an inclusive environment
  • Take responsibility for any Health & Safety issues that arise and ensure the correct action is taken
Requirements:
  • 2 years minimum experience managing a counter or store
  • Retail experience within the health/beauty environment
  • Confidence in the use of MS Office and Excel
  • Confident communicator, treating everyone with honesty, kindness, and respect
  • Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivator, maintaining impeccable standards in store
  • Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Team-focused, with a can-do attitude and positive, growth mindset
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication
  • Genuine passion and enthusiasm for the brand and beauty/wellness industry
