  • Create an environment that delivers an exceptional customer experience and fosters a positive community presence.
  • Work closely with the team to grow the store through driving sales and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Manage store KPIs and budgets to improve performance.

Requirements:

  • Currently managing KPIs and budgets to improve store performance.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and performance.
  • Specializing in Buying, Merchandising & Ecommerce, Design, Technical, Wholesale & Production, Finance, HR & Talent, H&S & Compliance, Marketing, Digital & Technology, Property & Centre Management, Retail, Trade, Leisure & Wholesale Operations, Senior Appointments & Exec, Sales, Supply Chain & Logistics, or Legal.
