Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Hotel General Manager to join our team at the Susan Hamilton Group. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of our luxury hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Hotel General Manager to achieve operational and financial targets.
  • Lead a team of hotel staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of hotel operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve hotel performance and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage hotel budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of assets.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of hotel services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Hotel General Manager in a similar role and environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage management.
