iMultiply Resourcing Ltd is seeking a skilled Payroll Associate to join their team in Edinburgh. As a Payroll Associate, you will be responsible for managing client payrolls, submitting reports to HMRC, and providing exceptional client care.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit monthly and weekly client payrolls using IRIS Payroll Professional, with knowledge of XERO being advantageous.
- Submit RTI Reports to HMRC in a timely and accurate manner.
- Respond to client queries regarding payroll, tax, NIC, tax coding, and PAYE balances.
- Efficiently manage joiners and leavers, issue P45s, and maintain accurate payroll records.
- Liaise with new clients to set up their payroll and pension arrangements, ensuring seamless integration.
- Submit auto-enrolment reports to various pension providers.
- Deliver exceptional client care by maintaining impeccable attention to detail, ensuring accurate and timely payments to clients' staff.

Requirements
- Experience in payroll management, preferably with IRIS Payroll Professional.
