As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our store to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and driving business growth. You will inspire and motivate your team to deliver outstanding results, ensuring they have the skills and support needed to excel in their roles.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and drive store revenue growth.
- Manage operational aspects such as rotas, performance evaluations, and stock management to ensure a smooth store operation.
- Recruit and select new talent to join the team, ensuring they align with our company values and culture.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Oversee all aspects of the store, including customer service, sales, and visual merchandising, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
