Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage operational aspects such as rotas, performance evaluations, and stock management.
  • Recruit new talent to the team as required.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee all aspects of the store to ensure smooth operations.
