We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our Front of House team as a Team Member. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage every guest, ensuring they have a memorable experience
  • Prepare and serve high-quality food and drink, meeting our standards of excellence
  • Make recommendations that elevate guest experiences and increase sales
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old, as this role involves the sale of alcohol
  • Be a team player, able to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
