Job Title: Front of House Team Member

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at Slug and Lettuce Bedford. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of our business, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage every guest, making them feel valued and appreciated.
  • Prepare and serve our high-quality food and drink, ensuring that every dish is presented to perfection.
  • Make recommendations that elevate guest experiences, suggesting our signature cocktails and dishes.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and colleagues, adhering to our high standards of hygiene and safety.
