Liverpool Cathedral is a thriving place of worship that welcomes over 700,000 visitors each year. We are looking for someone who can help us build on our strengths and drive forward our ambitious plans.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of leadership and management, with experience of working in a similar role. They will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the Diocese and Cathedral's mission and values, and be able to contribute to the development of our strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and support to the Bishop and other senior leaders
- Develop and implement effective operational plans to support the Diocese and Cathedral's mission
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clergy, lay leaders, and external partners
- Manage and develop a team of staff to ensure the effective delivery of services
- Ensure the effective management of resources, including budgeting and financial planning
Requirements:
- Proven leadership and management experience, preferably in a similar role
- Strong understanding of the Diocese and Cathedral's mission and values
- Ability to develop and implement effective operational plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
