The Vocational Recruitment Administrator plays a critical role in the end-to-end delivery of the recruitment process for the Apprenticeship and Vocational Training Programmes in the UK.
This role is responsible for reporting recruitment progress data to programme management and ensuring the smooth execution of the recruitment process.
The successful candidate will join a small administration team in our Milton Keynes office and be responsible for:
- Desk screening and telephone screening of candidates
- Coordinating video interviews
- Managing the programme-specific recruitment inbox
- Recruitment reporting
- Creating systems accounts for successful candidates
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of VPS's training and development programmes.
