Senior Vice President of Revenue Growth

Epsilon UK has established itself as a market leader in multiple Advertising technologies and services, including the rapidly growing commerce media sector. Following significant growth over the last 6 years, and being acquired globally by Publicis for $4bn, Epsilon is seeking a Senior Vice President, Revenue to drive the business's transformation in the UK as we scale direct / intermediary revenues and continue our business acceleration.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize data and develop sales processes to drive revenue growth.
- Commit to onboarding and retention of high-quality associates and their continued professional development.
- Lead, manage, and inspire across multiple commercial teams, with different skill sets and disciplines.
- Nurture a strong network.
- Collaborate with executives from advertising agencies and advertising clients across the industry, especially travel, retail, CPG, gaming, and finance.
- Ability to thrive and excel in a transformational environment – leading through an evolution of the organization to drive a One Team Mentality.
- Passion for diversity and inclusivity;
- 20+ years of experience in Commercial Leadership roles.
- Proven success in driving business transformation and team development.
- Preferred high level of understanding of privacy regulatory environment.
- Solid C-Suite network across direct brands and intermediaries.
Masters or equivalent experience, MBA preferred.
