About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Aviation Charter Specialist to join our team at Chapman Freeborn Airchartering. As a key member of our global operations team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of business aviation charter flights from initial request to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage charter flight operations, including negotiating with aircraft providers, obtaining the best offers, and ensuring optimal flight options for clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, aircraft providers, and industry partners to maximize business opportunities.
  • Provide timely and accurate client communication, including detailed flight information and updates.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry knowledge and trends.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in the business aviation industry.
  • Strong relationship-building, account management, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making aptitude.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
