Guest Service Supervisor
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Guest Service Supervisor to join our Front Office team at the Hilton London Metropole Hotel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling operational tasks, and managing day-to-day supervisor tasks in the Reception area.
Key Responsibilities:- Handling of operational tasks, emails, and updating of guest CRM profiles.
- Covering Journey ambassador shifts and assisting/directing guests through the hotel.
- Monitor service recovery reports, and managing guest communication.
- Previous senior team leader/receptionist experience in Front Office within the hotel sector.
- High level of organisation and use of Microsoft Excel, written communication skills.
- Experience of managing day-to-day supervisor/team leader tasks in Reception.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations.
- ONQ PMS knowledge preferred.
- Working as part of a team.
- Salary: £14 per hour.
