The Royal Air Force Museum is seeking two Visitor Experience Supervisors to join their team on an annualised contract.

This is a permanent, part-time role working 1250 hours annually, with a flexible pattern that includes working some weekends, bank holidays, and occasional evening/overnights.

As a Visitor Experience Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Effective line management of Visitor Experience Assistants.
  • Promoting and selling museum guidebooks, services, commercial activities, and events to visitors.
  • Supporting the museum's fundraising and commercial activities.
  • Being a first aider and fire marshal, with training provided.

You will also support the museum in hosting evening events, such as gala dinners, sleepovers, and outdoor film nights.

Previous visitor-facing supervisory experience in a leisure or heritage environment is ideal, and being flexible in your outlook is essential.
