Job Title: Multidisciplinary Therapy Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Multidisciplinary Therapy Assistant to join our Assessment and Rehabilitation Centre team at Upton Hospital in Slough. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with therapists to provide assessments, personalized care plans, and additional support to patients with neurological, orthopaedic, and cognitive difficulties.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients throughout the reablement process.
  • Assist patients in achieving their agreed goals.
  • Complete tasks delegated by therapists.
  • Assist in administrative duties, including data inputting and maintaining stock.

Requirements:
  • NVQ level 3 in healthcare or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience within a therapy setting.
  • Car driver with access to a car for work purposes.
  • Ability to participate in a 6-day rota.
