We are seeking a skilled and reliable Operator to join our team at Tradebe. As an Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our site, loading and unloading 770ltr wheeled bins onto and off vehicles, and operating processing machinery with a high level of attention and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Load and unload 770ltr wheeled bins onto and off vehicles.
  • Operate processing machinery with a high level of attention and responsibility.
  • Safely operate industrial cleaning equipment such as pressure washers and industrial vacuums.
  • Work with Supervisor to maintain maximum output for the plant.
  • Use downtime to improve site cleanliness and safety.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of waste management is an advantage, but training will be given.
  • Previous plant/factory experience.
  • Mechanical knowledge is an advantage.
  • A forklift license is beneficial, but training can be given.
  • Good standard of English, written and verbal.
