Architectural Design Lead

We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our team at Anderselite LTD. As an Architectural Design Lead, you will be responsible for leading multi-sector design projects and working closely with our Bristol Studio Architectural Management team to develop and deliver high-quality architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement multi-sector design strategies to drive business growth and success
  • Lead design teams to deliver high-quality architectural projects across various sectors, including Education, Commercial Office, Defence, and Healthcare
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored design solutions
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in design
Requirements
  • Professional qualification in Architecture (ARB Registered and RIBA Chartered preferred)
  • Proven experience in multi-sector design and technical delivery
  • Strong understanding of relevant design standards and regulations for Education, Defence, and Healthcare sectors
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in REVIT and other design software
