Job Title: IT Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install computer systems and ensure backup systems operate effectively.
  • Buy hardware and software, and provide ICT technology infrastructures for an organization.
  • Contribute to organizational policy with regard to quality standards and strategic planning.
  • Ensure that software licensing laws are adhered to and that all systems are secure from internal and external attack.
  • Provide secure access to the network for remote users.
  • Manage crisis situations, which may involve complex technical hardware or software problems.
Requirements:
  • Post-Secondary Education in IT or related field.
  • Knowledge of programming or systems analysis required.
