Role: Early Years Educator
Location: Various settings in Burton upon Trent
Hours: Flexible shifts available
Contract Type: Part-time, Full-time, Flexible Hours
Pay Rate: Starting from £11.44 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding care and education to children aged 0-5 years
- Design and execute stimulating activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Observe and evaluate children's growth and development
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all children
Requirements:
- Possess a Level 3 Childcare qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education or equivalent)
- Proven experience working with young children in a nursery or similar environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Enthusiastic and proactive attitude towards childcare
- Must have an Enhanced DBS check (or be willing to obtain one)
