Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Driver to join our team at PROMAN Recruitment. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering goods to customers in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivery Operations: Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers, adhering to agreed delivery times and routes.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring accurate and prompt delivery of goods, responding to customer queries and feedback, and representing the company in a professional and polite manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, accurately process paperwork for customer returns, warranty claims, and old stock, and maintain accurate records of stock locations and movements.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily and weekly vehicle checks, maintain interior and exterior vehicle cleanliness, and report any necessary repairs.
  • Health and Safety: Comply with company health and safety requirements, work safely, and load the vehicle safely to prevent damage to goods and injury to yourself or others.
Requirements:
  • Driving Experience: Held a valid driving license for at least 2 years, with no more than 3 points.
  • Logistics Experience: Preferable experience in delivery operations, with a good understanding of logistics and inventory management.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, and handle goods up to 25 kg, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including early starts and Saturdays.
  • Language Skills: Good level of English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
