Department: Facilities Management
Salary Range: £36,000 - £42,000
Working Hours: 36 hours per week
We are pleased to announce a unique opportunity to become a key member of our Facilities Management division, focusing on the Water Quality sector across our operational framework. We seek individuals who are dedicated to achieving operational excellence and ensuring compliance within a dynamic technical services setting, contributing to a vital public service that aims to enhance efficiency and value across our Capital City.
As a seasoned Water Quality expert, you will collaborate with the Facilities Management team within our Water Quality division, ensuring adherence to all necessary statutory obligations concerning Legionella Control.
Ideal candidates will possess experience in the following areas:
• Overseeing a comprehensive Legionella management program.
• Conducting Legionella Risk Assessments in accordance with BS 8580, HSG Part 2, and the L8 ACoP.
• Delivering optimal performance and value.
• Fostering a team environment that promotes ownership, accountability, compliance, and value optimization.
• Managing policies effectively.
• Exemplifying organizational values and expected leadership behaviors.
