Lead Identity and Access Management Engineer

A unique opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Lead Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our Infrastructure and InfoSec Tribe at Flutter UK & Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate a team of engineers providing IAM services using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform.
  • Ensure effective management of user identities and access rights across the organization.
  • Set team goals, define project priorities, and ensure accurate completion of tasks.
  • Establish a collaborative and inclusive work culture, where employees are encouraged to share insights and work together.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Identity and Access Management Skills
  • Deep understanding of SailPoint IIQ and its functionality, including application onboarding, joiner, mover, and leaver process, scheduled recertification of applications, correlation, aggregation, and orphan management.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members on SailPoint IIQ implementation and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and implement robust identity lifecycle management processes, including joiner, mover, and leaver, and access request workflows.
  • Define and implement access control policies and reviews, ensuring compliance with both internal and external audits.
  • Collaborate with cross-divisional teams to ensure smooth operation of our identity platform and projects.
