About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead one of our clients children's homes. As a Registered Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of children and young people in our care.

You will ensure that they are nurtured, safeguarded, and given every opportunity to reach their full potential. Working alongside our team, you will:

  • Lead and manage the home to maintain a safe, secure, and caring environment for all children.
  • Ensure the safeguarding of children is a priority and any concerns are reported immediately.
  • Implement recommendations from Ofsted and Regulation 44 visits.
  • Collaborate with our therapeutic team to ensure each child's plan meets their unique needs.
  • Oversee the recruitment and supervision of staff, ensuring excellence in care and development.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent (or a willingness to work towards it).
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a children's residential setting.
  • A full valid driving licence.
  • Ability to participate in an on-call rota.
  • An enhanced DBS certificate (paid for by us).
