Role Overview

With an increasing workload, the company is seeking a dedicated Cost Estimator / Quantity Surveyor who can effectively price and manage project costs through to final account.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain strict control over site variations, documenting all changes, pricing them accurately, and assessing their impact on final accounts.
  • Oversee assigned projects, packages, and subcontractors, including the calculation and preparation of all company valuations and assistance with final accounts.
  • Prepare and present monthly job cost analysis reports.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role as a Cost Estimator or Quantity Surveyor.
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
  • Work on a diverse range of exciting new build and refurbishment projects.
