We are collaborating with a distinguished law firm in London that is in search of a Legal Recruitment Assistant to provide essential support in their hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as the primary contact for incoming attorneys and organizing orientation sessions for all new hires.
  • Facilitating interview processes by coordinating with partners, administrative staff, and recruitment agencies, including setting up virtual meetings, managing room bookings, sending reminders, welcoming candidates, and gathering feedback post-interview.
  • Updating and maintaining internal Practice Group Charts to reflect changes in personnel.
  • Generating monthly recruitment analytics for offices worldwide.
  • Assisting with pre-screening, background checks, and conflict checks.
  • Supporting graduate recruitment initiatives, including participation in law fairs and related events.
  • Managing expense reports and invoice processing for the recruitment team.

Qualifications Required

  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment within a law firm or similar professional services environment.
  • Understanding of the legal qualification framework is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of legal education and professional systems across the EMEA region.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
