Work Schedule: The standard working hours for this position are structured from Monday to Friday.
Role Overview: In this pivotal administrative position, you will be responsible for the creation and upkeep of the Monthly Medical staff on-call Rotas specifically for Emergency Care and Medical Specialties. Your role will necessitate effective communication with all members of the clinical team as well as the Clinical Service Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Medical staff regarding on-call Rota service inquiries.
- Provide assistance and guidance to staff members, patients, and professionals concerning service inquiries and rota management.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the NHS Rota Watch system.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a qualification (HNC/HND) in business administration or a related field, along with relevant experience in a similar administrative capacity. Alternatively, significant experience in a comparable role may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
Experience: Familiarity with the workings of the National Health Service or a similar organization is essential.
