Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Concierge Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing tee time bookings, and ensuring a seamless experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and react to all concierge requests in a timely fashion
  • Manage tee time bookings utilizing our corporate memberships
  • Invoice members for their tee time bookings when necessary
  • Monitor invoices to ensure timely payments
  • Deal with tee-time enquiries via phone or email, ensuring they are added to the main APP system
  • Report anomalies discovered on the MASHIE App to the app development team
  • Work with other team members to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Maintain a document of current processes and contribute to their improvement
  • Maintain a resolution and escalation process for issues in this area of the business
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year's experience working within the golf industry or in a concierge role
  • Good understanding of golf, its rules, playing formats, and etiquette
  • Proficient user of Microsoft packages (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Basic working knowledge of Xero is preferable, but not essential
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to work to strict timelines and take responsibility
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and problem-solving mindset
  • Great communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work efficiently alone or within a small team
  • Self-motivated, with good time management skills
  • Confident in written and telephone communications
  • Full, clean driving license and own transport
