Join Our Team as a Nursery Room Leader

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Years Educator to lead our nursery team at Apricot Nursery in Peterborough. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children from birth to 5 years old.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Early Years Educators to deliver a high-quality nursery provision
  • Develop and implement effective educational programs that meet the needs of all children
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery
  • Provide excellent customer service to parents and families
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of children and staff
Requirements:
  • Relevant Early Years Qualification (e.g. Level 3 or above)
  • Experience in a nursery leadership role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the EYFS and Safeguarding procedures
