Key Responsibilities
- Lead all bakery production activities, including planning, scheduling, materials management, production, quality and technical, and engineering
- Ensure compliance and health and safety standards are met
- Develop and implement KPIs and performance management processes to drive site performance
- Build and lead a high-performing bakery management team
- Implement continuous improvement techniques to drive site efficiency and productivity
Requirements
- Experience in a manufacturing site with responsibility for a team
- Experience in driving and improving site performance
- Excellent IT skills, including MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in implementing continuous improvement/lean manufacturing techniques
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop and implement proposals for investment/change
