We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers in various Primary schools in Southampton, covering lessons and managing classroom behaviour.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support teachers in delivering lessons and managing classroom behaviour
  • Cover lessons in various classes across key stage 1 and key stage 2
  • Work in various Primary schools in Southampton, covering/supporting lessons across the curriculum
  • Be available to work over 3 days per week and be willing to travel to various schools within the local area
Requirements:
  • Have recent experience of teaching or supporting in a classroom in the UK
  • Be available Monday to Friday during school hours
  • Be Southampton based or happy to travel across Southampton for work
  • Be happy to cover classes across the curriculum in both key stage 1 and 2
