The MG Programmatic & Display team is a dynamic group of specialists responsible for delivering innovative programmatic and display solutions to clients. As a key member of the team, you will be tasked with ensuring the successful execution of programmatic and direct IO buys, driving growth and challenging client digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Campaign setup and management within a range of DSPs and buying platforms, adhering to quality assurance processes.
- Daily monitoring, optimization, and coordination of campaigns and accounts to ensure pacing and performance.
- Thorough understanding of core Omnicom programmatic products and their applications.
- Brand Safety and Viewability awareness, ensuring ads are run in suitable environments and championing market-leading approaches.
- Good understanding of DSP technology and ability to highlight benefits of various platforms.
- Delivery of medium to large campaigns across multiple products and formats, with clear and concise rationale to articulate the role of programmatic display within the wider digital plan.
- Active participation in weekly and monthly department meetings, including performance updates, case studies, and expectation management.
- Thorough understanding of programmatic planning (Brand & DR), building rationales to demonstrate the role of programmatic in meeting client goals.
- Effective use of digital planning tools to support client and client team requests.
- Acting to raise department profile and support knowledge and awareness of best-in-class programmatic activation.
- Building sound relationships with key tech vendors and publishers.
- Supporting and training junior members of the team.
