Programmatic Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Programmatic Specialist to join our team at the7stars UK Ltd. As a Programmatic Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, activating, optimizing, and reporting programmatic media campaigns across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute programmatic media plans across multiple channels, including digital OOH, Connected TV, Audio, Video, and Display.
  • Work closely with client teams to ensure all plans are aligned with business objectives, comms platforms, and key KPIs.
  • Drive innovation and creativity in programmatic media planning and buying.
  • Manage and deliver audit guarantees across PRF clients.
  • Develop and maintain media owner relationships to identify new opportunities for clients in the programmatic sector.
  • Stay up-to-date with new trends and technologies in programmatic media and contribute to wider digital testing roadmaps.
  • Present analysis, updates, and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Execute and deliver best-in-class PCA's across the agency.
  • Help develop and upskill junior traders, setting out roles and responsibilities and ensuring accountability.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience in programmatic planning and/or buying, with a proven ability to deliver successful large-scale programmatic campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience working in various DSPs, activating across a range of channels, including video, YouTube, and display.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Solid understanding of all media channels.
