Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting and Accounting Operations: Manage and oversee the company's financial reporting and accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial results.
  • Client Reporting and Reconciliation: Detail-oriented individual who can ensure accurate client reports reconciliations.
  • Financial Statement Presentations: Present financial statements to management and external stakeholders.
  • Financial Record Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of financial records and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
  • Power BI Reporting and Lobby Development: Provide specialised input into Power BI reporting and Lobby development within IFRS to enable detailed reporting capabilities and ensure rapid response resolution for critical system control checks.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and lead implement processes to improve the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting and accounting operations.
  • Financial Analysis and Insights: Analyse key data for reporting monthly actuals and planning cycles at required business levels and locations, and validate the key assumptions made throughout the planning cycles.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and provide financial analysis and insights.
Qualifications:
  • Accounting Qualifications: Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ICAS, CIMA or Equivalent)
  • Accounting Knowledge: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Microsoft Excel Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
