Family Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Support Worker to join our team at Longdon Hall School. As a Family Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing emotional and practical support to families, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide emotional support to families, helping them to build resilience and confidence.
- Work closely with parents and carers to develop and implement support plans that meet the individual needs of each family.
- Build strong relationships with local community groups and services, ensuring that families have access to the resources and support they need.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote the wellbeing and safety of families.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the team's overall strategy.
Longdon Hall School is an independent specialist day school for boys and girls aged from 7 to 18, catering for pupils with a wide range of social, emotional, and mental health needs. Our dedicated team work together to ensure successful outcomes for pupils who often arrive at the school with a troubled view of education and life.
