Job Type: Full-time

Location: Birmingham (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to £45,000

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Insight Analyst to join our team in Birmingham. As an Insight Analyst, you will play a key role in helping us scale our analytical capability, building dashboards and providing deep dive analytics to various stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review business performance, identifying trends and opportunities to optimise and address concerns, analysing performance and reporting on potential improvements.
  • Work with key business areas, helping build key performance indicators that the business can measure and improve.
  • Improve reporting suite, ensuring reporting is in line with business goals.
Requirements:
  • Experience with SQL and working with large data-sets.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience working with modern BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience working with a variety of internal senior stakeholders.
