Position Overview

Project Analyst, Remote Flexibility, Competitive Salary

Fuse Group is collaborating with a prominent global entity to recruit a Project Analyst for their Projects and Change Delivery division.

The ideal candidate will engage in a range of international business transformation and technology initiatives. As a Project Analyst, you will be a skilled and proficient analyst, executing analytical tasks on various projects and programs. You will also be adept at liaising directly with stakeholders from Business Teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive Business Analysis throughout the entire project lifecycle, including defining problem statements, managing requirements, mapping processes, analyzing business changes, designing operating models, performing data and financial analysis, and facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Collaborate effectively to clarify and outline the scope, objectives, and benefits of new projects and programs, while establishing analytical deliverables and timelines for completion.
  • Assist in any vendor selection processes by articulating the business requirements.
  • Facilitate and support UAT by creating UAT scripts, conducting UAT sessions, and gathering feedback.
  • Provide support to the Testing team by defining acceptance criteria, reviewing test scripts, and overseeing system testing, while addressing any inquiries raised.
  • Collaborate with the training team to develop necessary materials for project implementation to end users.
  • Actively participate with project and program team members to identify risks and issues, proposing appropriate mitigations or solutions.
  • Assist the BA team manager in effectively executing their responsibilities, including best practice definition, peer reviews, knowledge sharing, and representing the Business Analyst team positively.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Business Analysis methodologies and tools throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Experience in managing medium to large-scale projects and programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse range of business stakeholders.
  • Possesses a level of technical knowledge to confidently engage with technical teams, grasping essential concepts.
  • Familiarity with various business analysis tools and techniques, including Azure DevOps, Mural, Visio, Tableau, Power BI, Behaviour Driven Development (BDD), Business Process Modelling Notation, Waterfall and Agile methodologies, UAT test scripts, Workshops, and RFPs.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and the capability to foster relationships with team members and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Ability to formulate plans, provide guidance, and offer technical leadership on projects throughout all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring best practices are applied or seeking assistance from the BA manager as necessary.
