Job Title: Football Events Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Football Events Coordinator to join our team at The FA. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of football events across England.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the FA Event Manager to plan and coordinate football events, including matchday operations, venue management, and logistics.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with event stakeholders, including host clubs, competing teams, and event agencies.
  • Collaborate with the FA Events team to identify improvements and innovations in event delivery, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all matches.
  • Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to the events team, including data entry, reporting, and communication with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Experience in event planning and management, preferably in a football or stadium environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to interpret event budgets and manage finances effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other event management software.
  • Flexible approach to working hours and willingness to travel.
